• Transportation can accommodate foldable or collapsible wheelchairs only. Non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in the vehicle. Guests should be able to transfer in and out of the vehicle with assistance from their party if needed.
• Self-Arrival: If you selected the option without transportation, make your own way directly to the beach club in the heart of Mahahual’s boardwalk. Detailed directions will be provided after booking.
• What to Bring: Bring a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, hat and comfortable beachwear. We also recommend some cash for gratuities, souvenirs, paddleboard rentals, massages and other personal purchases.
• Water Activities: Kayaks and snorkeling gear are subject to availability. Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to wind, lightning or other unsafe weather conditions.
• Transportation Options: This experience is available with or without round-trip transportation from Costa Maya Port. Please select your preferred option when booking.
• Meeting Point: Your driver will meet you just outside the main access to Costa Maya Port. Look for Gabriel or Ruth near a welcome board displaying your name.

• Cruise Ship Information: Cruise guests must provide the full name of their cruise ship when booking so we can coordinate pickup with the ship’s arrival.
• Beach Conditions: Seaweed, water clarity, waves and other beach or sea conditions are natural and may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions.
• Pickup Time: For guests with transportation, the first pickup is at 9:00 AM Ship Time or one hour after your cruise ship arrives, whichever is later.
• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
• Walking Time: Please note that the total walking time from your cruise ship to the meeting point is approximately 15 minutes.
• Open Bar: Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly and in moderation.
• Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
• No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at Costa Maya Port, you will receive a full refund.
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
