With the ai DE of your Moroccan host, discover the secrets of traditional couscous. You will visit a Point of Sale to choose your fresh ingredients, learn how to hand-roll semolina, prepare vegetables and fragrant meats, and discover the secret of Moroccan spices, then cook an authentic meal together.

At the end of the course, you will share the dish over a mint tea and live a warm moment in the heart DE Moroccan culture.
