Join us for an intimate craft cocktail experience led by our very own local mixologist, celebrating Hawaii-made spirits and the hands that craft them. We’ll be pouring from island distilleries including local favorites Hanalei Spirits and Kō Hana Rum—along with other standout producers—each founded in Hawaii with incredible tastes and stories behind them. Distilling in the islands matters. It keeps value local, supports regenerative agriculture, weaves in some integral crops like kō (sugarcane) and the influences that this type of crop has made on Hawaii, and transforms Hawaiʻi-grown ingredients into spirits that allow us to taste the history.
