Next, tantalize your taste buds with Peru's most iconic dish—ceviche. You’ll master the art of making authentic Peruvian ceviche using the freshest fish and ingredients. Finally, take your culinary skills to the next level as you prepare the famous Lomo Saltado, stir-fried to perfection with the finest cuts of meat in town and the freshest local vegetables in our professional kitchen. Join us for an evening of hands-on cooking, vibrant flavors, and the joy of preparing an authentic Peruvian feast, expertly led by Ivanna Lescano. Lomo Saltado Cooking Experience

Each participant will prepare their own Lomo Saltado. The meat and vegetables are sautéed in a wok, then served with rice and fries cooked by our team

Passion fruit Cocktail

We will enjoy Peru’s emblematic liquor, Pisco, as we craft a refreshing summer drink, Chilcano de maracuyá, a passion fruit pisco cocktail.

Great Times!!

A bunch of my friends and I participated in this class and had a blast! It was the perfect amount of time and a great way to spend an evening in Cusco. The location was easy to find and near the center of town. The rooms were very clean and cute. Our chef Fernando was AMAZING!! A great class with the funniest chef Fernando.

Me and my partner had some much fun. We learned have to make ceviche and lomo saltado. We also made chilcano. Chef Fernando was the best. He’s a great teacher and chef!

You should absolutely book!

We would 100% recommend this cooking class Our chef Fernando was a fantastic instructor. He made us laugh and learn! In my opinion, it was the best ceviche and lomo saltado that I’ve had yet in Peru. We got a taste of both the history of the dish and the fresh ingredients that bring so much flavor!
