Our Ivanna Lescano classes offer a fun, dynamic, and immersive experience where participants cook their own traditional Peruvian dishes, guided every step of the way


We provide only fresh, high-quality local ingredients, a comfortable and safe environment for the activity, and expert chefs and guides with professional experience


In just a few hours, you’ll immerse yourself in authentic Peruvian cuisine, learn to cook high-end dishes, and discover how to recreate them at home, all while gaining a deeper understanding of Peru’s rich gastronomy and history.

STARTER
Hands-on Ceviche
Peruvian Ceviche, we will mix fresh fish and ingredients like lime juice, sweet potato, corn, coriander and others. 100% participatory.
MAIN
Lomo Saltado Cooking Experience
Each participant will prepare their own Lomo Saltado. The meat and vegetables are sautéed in a wok, then served with rice and fries cooked by our team
DESSERT
Passion fruit Cocktail
We will enjoy Peru’s emblematic liquor, Pisco, as we craft a refreshing summer drink, Chilcano de maracuyá, a passion fruit pisco cocktail.

Finally, take your culinary skills to the next level as you prepare the famous Lomo Saltado, stir-fried to perfection with the finest cuts of meat in town and the freshest local vegetables in our professional kitchen.
