What You’ll Experience

This half day course will allow you to learn about the preparation of a deer carcass – from initial preparation all the way through to oven-ready cuts of meat. Each participant will have a chance to get hands on experience preparing different cuts of deer and to take home your hard work for a delicious dinner.
