Rest your arms on the aged wooden bar-tops with a glass of strong Sri Lankan Arrack or some other such fine local liquor in hand. Laze off to the soft murmur of music as you listen to the history of the Colombo Fort area. Crunch through spicy Sri Lankan tapas and other local snacks that accompany your drink.
