Your friendly guide will meet you at 11:30am at Durham’s Market Place and take you on a culinary journey as you explore the city’s rich history and vibrant food scene. Wander its charming cobbled streets and along the picturesque riverside while enjoying a carefully curated dining experience. You will visit four of Durham’s best bars and restaurants, sampling a variety of sumptuous dishes and drinks. Amazing time on the Durham food tour!

Had an amazing time on the tour, Julie was amazing. Very knowledgeable. The food was amazing, we went to a wine store in the market with an amazing goats cheese snack, had focaccia, olives, oysters and 2 plates in the cellar door. Then we went to the rabbit hole and had 5 of their specials. We had to leave behind food there was so much! Finished in Fiik for desert. Could not recommend enough. Thank you so much Julie!

Great experience

What a fabulous day! The food and drink great, the locations really well thought out, the history, knowlege and enthusiasm from our guide Julie was awesome. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be booking another one or two!

Fantastic food tour!

Amazing food tour at Durham with Julie! This is the second time I’ve done this tour and even though i thoroughly enjoyed the first one I found this one more informative and Julie was a perfect host. The food and drinks was varied and plentiful,great value and accommodating for the guests with food tolerances. We came as a group of girls and loved every minute!Thankyou Julie!😁

Lots of flavours

A fab way to taste the diverse flavours of Durham. Left very full !!! Met a great group of people and loved being shown the site and hear about the history with our lovely guide Sharon. Would def recommend
