Great food tour for more unique foods

My friend and I had a wonderful night exploring food with Janne! We wanted foods more off the beaten path, especially since we're fans of Chinese cuisine, and this definitely satisfied that want. Janne was a really kind and knowledgable guide.

A Taste of China Through Shanghai

Really enjoyed this food tour! I loved the flow of the evening and how each stop had its own food and drink pairing. It was a fun way to get a taste of different parts of China and the variety of regional cuisines, without feeling rushed. Janne was an amazing guide and made us feel welcome right from the start. She gave us great introductions at each stop, which made the food much more interesting, and she answered all of our questions about the food, Chinese culture, and life in Shanghai. A g...read more

Enjoyed three UnTour food tours on our trip to Shanghai and Beijing

My teenage son and I did three of the UnTour food tours - Shanghai dinner, Shanghai breakfast, and Beijing dinner. We enjoyed all three. Each was different. We would recommend each of them. The guides were good and the food they curated was tasty and interesting.

Excellent food tour, highly recommend!

Li was an excellent tour guide. He took the time to talk to us and getting to know each of us personally. It was three hours of pure fun, exploration and cultural experience for my family. The most impressive thing is Li got my my daughter who is typically a picky eater to open up and try out the various cuisine including delicacy such as grasshopper! We had a memorable night and we will carry this memory for a long time. We can’t wait to visit your hometown. Thank you Li!!!
