Join our exclusive cooking class in the heart of Positano and immerse yourself in the culinary wonders of the Amalfi Coast! In this intimate experience tailored for small groups, you'll be guided by a local chef to prepare a traditional menu that perfectly captures the essence of this beautiful region. From a delightful antipasto to a choice of exquisite pasta dishes, such as ravioli with tomato sauce and mozzarella, gnocchi with lemon sauce, cavatelli with fresh cherry tomatoes, scialatielli with egg and mozzarella, or a rich risotto with pumpkin and rosemary, you'll explore the diverse flavors that make this cuisine so beloved.
As you move on to the main course, you'll learn the art of preparing either a succulent meat or fresh fish dish, followed by a delectable dessert of your choice: tiramisu, fruit tart, or a traditional Positano sweet. Included in your menu are water and a glass of local white or red wine, or Prosecco, to perfectly complement your meal. Additionally, you'll enjoy a coffee or cappuccino and receive a complete recipe book of the dishes prepared. I didn’t feel like I was...
I didn’t feel like I was in a class. I felt like I was learning through interacting with Rafaelo. This was the best meal I have had since I landed in Italy 5 days ago. The food and care put into it was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my wife on our honeymoon.

Awesome experience for small group!
This was an awesome experience and our entire group (6) loved it! The chef (Raffelo) was great and the restaurant was very hospitable. We came in hot and exhausted after walking around Positano and they encouraged us to cool down, get some water and relax before starting our experience. All of the food was fresh and the recipes were great! He explained it all very well and let everyone take part in different tasks on top of each of us preparing our full meals. A hit and a miss...
Great space & environment but we did not make Tiramisu. We made a chocolate lava cake which was delicious but not what I expected. We did not do any wine pairing as advertised. Wine was available but more of an after thought. The food was very good but the experience was not quite what I was expecting. I would go here for dinner.
