Next, you’ll pop into a local winery where you’ll enjoy tasting a selection of their locally-produced, high-quality wines. As the third and final stop, you’ll visit a local farm-to-table restaurant. This restaurant is a 150-year old farmhouse that’s been converted into a modern restaurant, with a menu that uses locally-grown and seasonal ingredients. Here, you’ll take part in making Imoni (a root vegetable stew) from the vegetables you picked by hand! This is local style of hot pot party, where you cook the hot pot outdoors!
