Alessio and Paco were fantastic guides. They have great relationships with the shops inside Toyosu Market and shared fascinating stories about the fish, while helping us choose what we wanted to eat. They’re both fun, friendly, and very easy to talk to. After shopping, we took our fish to their restaurant, where Chef Paco cooked it for us for an amazing dining experience. Since you can’t access the market’s restricted areas on your own, this is a fantastic way to experience the real Toyosu Market and enjoy incredible seafood. Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful time joining the Kichi Kichi Omurice Experience. It was really special to learn directly from such an iconic omurice chef in person and the experience was both fun and educational. He was very friendly, entertaining, and knowledgeable, so the whole atmosphere felt warm and memorable.I also felt like I learned useful tips that I could actually try again at home. When I made omurice afterwards, my omelette already turned out better than before! The T-shirt was also a lovely souvenir and made the experience feel even more special. Overall, I think it’s a very unique and memorable experience for anyone who loves Japanese food and wants to learn more than just the basic recipe. It was fun, personal, and something I’ll definitely remember.

Fantastic experience and a really unique way to learn about ramen! It was fascinating to taste the individual components that go into the ramen and then combine them ourselves to see how the flavors evolved as we built the dish. We learned a lot about the thought and craftsmanship that goes into each element. The bowl of shoyu ramen prepared by the kitchen at the end was terrific and a perfect way to finish the experience. The English was also very solid, which made the experience easy to follow and enjoy. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to understand and appreciate ramen on a deeper level!

When talking about omurice, it's always easy to think of kichikichi, especially when researching Japanese foods that you have to try when traveling to Japan. Being able to practice and learn from the master of omurice is a tremendous and rewarding honor. We had a very detailed explanation of everything beforehand, but making our own omurice was a very fun and a unique experience. If you're thinking of doing it, I would definitely do it again because it was worth every memory.

I had such a lovely time at this onigiri-making class with my friends! The sweetest grandma taught us how to make onigiri and shared so many helpful tips and little tricks along the way. It was such a fun and heartwarming experience, and we got to enjoy making something delicious together. I would especially recommend this experience for families and children it’s a wonderful way to spend quality time together while learning about Japanese food and culture. A fun, hands-on activity for all ages! 🍙💕

I was honestly surprised by how easy and enjoyable it was to make onigiri by myself. The instructors were incredibly kind and always ready to help, especially toward the end when I needed a little extra guidance. I made tuna mayo, beef, and eggs , and all three were so delicious. One of my favorite moments was taking photos together at the end the way everyone smiled and waved made the whole experience feel especially warm and memorable

The onigiri experience taught me a lot more than I originally expected! I've made onigiri before but never been taught in a more home-style manner, and it showed! My first onigiri was rather embarrassing, but with the help of the chefs teaching I was able to create a beautiful onigiri I could be very proud of, plus be able to make for my family in the future. And of course, the onigiri was delicious too - great ingredient selection! I think you'll get even more value out of it if you learn some basic Japanese food words first, but the entire experience was in English.

Ive decided to sign up for my son (24) and I (55) to take this. I was afraid it was too childlish but we both ended up enjoying so much. It was easy enough but took some challenges that made us excited to work in fake food making! I was amazed how people came up with all technique and process to make wax food so real. We made a great memory and something to laugh about all evening. We have to stay active and young, to play more. The best part is this is something everyone can do, 5 yrs to 90yrs, I think its the best easy and fun activity! I hope people try this.

It was such a lovely experience and very enjoyable! I did not know before that tofu is so versatile and can cook that many flavorful dishes from it. Morimi san is such a lovely lady who is welcoming and patient throughout the lesson. The cooking steps were easy to follow and at the end of the class, we enjoyed the delicious meal together. I have already got all the ingredients and looking forward to recreate it myself at home!
