Besides the beauty of the organic farm, we laughed our way through planting and watering seedlings, a cooking class that was hysterical as we ground our own rice flour and then prepared fabulous spring rolls, followed by a foot massage. The staff made it educational and entertaining at the same time.
Our guide Soon was fun and helped us make a delicious lunch. The lemongrass/ginger/mint drink was extraordinary as was all the delicious, locally-farmed food we cooked with her guidance. We recommend her farm-to-table cooking class to all!
This was an absolutely fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our stay in Hoi An. The day started with a beautiful bike ride through the countryside, followed by a visit to the local market where we picked up fresh ingredients. Had a fantastic day with Xuan. It was just me, so we first drove to the local Market. After that we warked through the huge vegetable Garden, which sorrounds the place, where we cooked. I cooked 4 dishes. Very good food and learned a lot. Xuan is a fantistic person. Good chef, very informative and witty. Her english is also very good. So I can highly recormend this place for a cooking class. You will not regret it. I will be back in March
