Good to Know

Our private shore excursion to Florence, Pisa, and a Chianti winery is an ideal way to see the most popular destinations in Tuscany from the port of Livorno. We are authorized to take our vehicles into the historic centers and get you up close to all the major highlights. PLUS: KIDS 12 AND UNDER TOUR FOR FREE! At the end of the day, we’ll go on a 25-minute drive through the beautiful Tuscan countryside and stop for a little wine tasting at a historic Chianti winery. Note: - In Italy drivers can share information while you are in the vehicle but are NOT permitted to go with you once you leave the vehicle. - Three and a half hours of this nine-hour touring day is travel time.

We typically stop in Pisa first, when the Field of Miracles is empty. This scheduling also enables us to avoid rush hour traffic entering Florence. In Livorno we pick you up and drop you off right at the ship or out of the Cruise Terminal. DO NOT TAKE A SHUTTLE! DO NOT GO TO PIAZZA DELL'ARSENALE! If the ship's staff direct you to the shuttles, find someone else and ask where the private drivers are waiting on the pier. The pickup time of this service is flexible, we will adjust it according to your dock time as necessary.

Fun under the Tuscan sun

An awesome experience in Florence and we ended the day under the Tuscan sun at St Michele for a wine tasting and tour. Our guide was great and he shared the history of what we were seeing while we drove. The beautiful areas, the countryside and the conversation made for a memorable day.

Great Tour!

This was an amazing, at our own pace, tour! Sara was amazing and very personable and knowledgeable. We got to see so much and she recommended amazing food to eat for lunch. Florence of course was very busy but so beautiful to explore.

This review is for The Full Mikey Tour – The Best of Michelangelo tour in Florence on May 28, 2024. Our driver, Valeria, picked us up promptly at our ship’s dock in Liverno for a short ride to Florence where we met our tour Guide, Margarita. Best tour personal tour of Florence

Sarah our guide was wonderful, she knew without limited time in Florence and Pisa all of the highlights and took us to the most picture worthy spots. She made reservations for lunch at a delightful little off the beaten path restaurant that was delicious and very old-world which was perfect. This was a good tour loved seeing Pisa and was given plenty of time to sightsee. Florence we were disappointed in I wish there was a map to show us were all the sites were. Plenty of time to shop and eat. Loved the Chianti wine tasting and tour. Had wine and olive oil shipped back. Best extra virgin olive oil I tated out of all my tours.
