What You’ll Experience

The course begins with the preparation of the pizza dough, a fundamental part of Italian cuisine. Our chefs, with years of experience and passion for culinary traditions, will guide you through each step, sharing tips and techniques passed down from generation to generation. You'll work with high-quality ingredients to create the dough by hand, learning how to stretch and top it to perfection. As you work, our chefs will explain the importance of using fresh and seasonal ingredients and how they contribute to the rich flavors and textures that make Italian pizza loved around the world. This part of the course provides you with a true hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of what makes Italian cooking so special. Once your pizza is prepared, it's time to shift gears and dive into the dessert course—gelato. Our chefs will guide you through each step of the gelato-making process, from selecting fresh ingredients to mastering churning techniques. Creating gelato is both an art and a science, allowing you to add your own personal touch while learning about the methods that give this dessert its unique texture and taste.
