There will be no pork knee, goulash or chimney cake on this tour. We will explore dishes that are not made for tourists but those that truly reflect our tradition. We will discuss how Czech cuisine changed over the course of a thousand years and how different eras, such as the Middle Ages, Renaissance, industrialism and communism impacted what we eat today. We will taste a variety of top-quality Czech food and provide an in-depth understanding of the dishes and ingredients rooted in our culture.
