Unforgettable Day of Food and Stories in Emilia-Romagna

I joined the Food Valley tour because I wanted a real taste of Emilia-Romagna, and it honestly delivered from start to finish. One of my favourite moments was chatting with the cheesemaker early in the morning while he worked, and realising how much pride goes into every wheel of parmesan. A Must-Do Food Tour in Bologna

Did this tour while staying in Bologna and it was honestly fantastic. You get to see how real parmesan, prosciutto, and balsamic vinegar are made, with tastings at every stop. Lunch in the countryside was delicious and felt very local. The guides were friendly and kept things relaxed, and the small group made it easy to ask questions. If you’re into food, I’d definitely recommend it.
