Discover the secrets of Italian cuisine in a single experience that combines tradition and taste. During this practical lesson, led by a professional chef, you will learn how to prepare two great classics: fresh pasta and Tiramisu.


Fresh pasta

Starting from raw materials, you will learn how to create the perfect dough: for different types of pasta: tagliatelle, maltagliati, farfalle... You will learn the techniques for kneading pasta and the best methods for cooking it and seasoning it with matching sauces.


Tiramisu

The course includes the preparation of Tiramisu, the most beloved Italian dessert in the world. You will discover how to make it and how to customize it with unique and delicious decorations.


Details

The lesson takes place in a professional laboratory, lasts about 2-3 hours. At the end of the course, you will take home authentic techniques and the flavor of Italian tradition.

Fresh Pasta and Seasonings In the second part of the course, you will prepare fresh pasta with your own hands, learning the techniques to knead the dough and create formats such as tagliatelle and maltagliati. Next, you will pair the traditional Sicilian condiments.
