A a magical evening. Visit all of Furnas must see sites away from the daytime crowds. Visit the Tea Plantation, relax on the hot springs (ticket not included) and finish with a great dinner.

Get to explore all of the must see sites of Furnas, away from the daytime crowds.
First stop at the Gorreana Tea Plantation and factory, to kick off your evening by learning and tasting our unique tea. The factory itself is a charming place full of vintage pieces of history, and with its windows overlooking the plantation slopes.
Pit stop on the way through Furnas valley, to enjoy the panoramic view of Pico do Ferro viewpoint. Cross along the scenic margins of Furnas lake and stop to walk along the steaming cooking pods. Here you can see where and how your dinner is cooked below ground.
Proceed to the village to explore the many geysers and thermal springs, and enjoy the smoke spectacle over the darkening skies.
Before dinner you can enjoy bathing at the local Poça da D. Beija hot springs, but please note tickets are not included, you must purchase them online in advance (Please choose the 18:00-19:30 time slot; we recommend booking the tickets in advance, at least 3 days before specially in high season as they sell out fast).
Finish the evening with a full meal that will include the island staple dish, the “cozido”, starter, dessert, expresso and drinks.

We pick up at any location on Ponta Delgada (including Cruise Ships and Airport), Lagoa, Ribeira Grande, Vila Franca and Furnas areas. Other locations are subject to request, you might need to meet us at a meeting point, or pay an extra fee. Please inquiry.
Pick-up time: 16:00 (pick up time might need to be slightly adjusted depending on pick up location or season)
Please note we drive a 5 seat vehicles SUV type, we can take up to 4 participants per vehicle if it suits your group.

Wonderful day with an excellnent guide!
This guided trip was amazing! We saw much of the Northern and the Eastern parts of the island. Carlos was amazing! He knows so much about the island and shared it in a very engaging way. The itinerary was very well thought out - and was easy to customize based on what we wanted. It was a delightful day. I would 100% recommend this tour!

Wonderful Tour with Carlos
We did our tour with Carlos and he was wonderful! It was our first time in the Azores and Carlos shared so many different viewpoints and tips for places to go on the island. He made us feel comfortable the entire time and provided a great combination of showing us the sites and also time to explore by ourselves.
