Pick up 09H30 AM, we start the tour picking up the pax at the hotel, we will visit the markets one of the most important municipal markets in Guayaquil such as the Sauces 9 market where we will make the necessary purchases and then take them to our kitchen in our chef's house. What we will do is buy our raw material to be able to prepare our dishes and after that we will do the tasting of these dishes to prepare. Our menu will be four typical dishes from Ecuador such as: Shrimp ceviche. Fish corviche Dry chicken These dishes will be explained and prepared by our Chef in the same way you can help him in the process of cooking the products. Once the preparation is finished, we will proceed to the tasting of these delicious traditional Ecuadorian dishes. End of the Service and return to the hotel of the pax
