Experience Details

Turn potatoes into something seriously delicious at a relaxed San Antonio brewery. You’ll mix potato, egg, flour and salt into a soft gnocchi dough, then roll and shape it by hand, learning the simple techniques behind those tender, pillowy bites. No intimidating pasta equipment or chef-level skills required.

While your gnocchi takes shape, you’ll make a savory marinara from tomatoes, garlic, onion and Italian seasoning. You’ll learn how to season the sauce, cook the gnocchi and bring everything together before topping your finished dish with Parmesan and thyme.

Then sit back and dig into your freshly prepared Italian meal while enjoying the casual brewery setting. It’s relaxed, social and hands-on from start to finish — and your potatoes are about to have a much better day than they expected.
