Upon arrival at our family estate, you’ll step into our rustic kitchen, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Guided by our expert chef, you’ll learn how to craft traditional Tuscan pasta from scratch—milling three different kinds of organic grains, kneading, rolling, and shaping different varieties. You’ll also prepare authentic sauces with fresh, local ingredients to complement your pasta. After cooking, relax and enjoy your handmade dishes in a charming setting, paired with a tasting of our estate’s organic and biodynamic wines, extra-virgin olive oils & balsamic vinegar. Our family will share stories of Tuscan culinary traditions, making this a warm and immersive experience.
