Experience Details
We are a small artisan and independent company located in the hills of Prosecco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019.
Our family has a winery that produces wines 'col fondo' for over a century, refermented in the bottle. They are the wines of the tradition of our territory, of which we strongly wish to preserve the memory.
The long experience in spontaneous fermentation has allowed us to enter the world of beer in recent times compared to wine, but it confirms our passion for this type of processing.
Beer Follina produces high fermentation, unfiltered and unpasteurized beers. Fermented in bottle, they have a natural sediment.
