Upon your arrival, we will welcome you directly at the winery for the start of the guided walk of about 2 km among the historic vineyards that surround the estate. You will be accompanied in the discovery of the territory with historical and cultural anecdotes not to be missed! Upon returning, you will be warmly welcomed by Roberto, the owner of the winery, who will lead you on a fascinating journey through agronomic practices, including microbiological cultivation. In this first moment you will have the opportunity to fully understand the quality of their wines, exploring the winery while receiving detailed winemaking explanations. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to delight yourself with an aperitif based on 5 superior wines paired with some specialties to eat, preparing you to reach your table. There, we will serve you a selection of 3 typical Langhe appetizers, followed by 2 peasant first courses, a traditional second course with side dish and a dessert created by our chef. Throughout the meal, you will be entitled to half a bottle of wine per person directly at the table and you can choose it from the wine list of the winery, offering you a complete and unforgettable experience.
