We got half a day in authentic old farm, we cooked best dishes we can imagine. hopefully we can prepare them at home too as we got lot of knowledge and experience at place and recipes as well. Casatelle were the best in my opinion. And the host Liliana is the best, with lot of warmth, beauty snd hospitality.
Det var en fantastisk oplevelse. Værtinden var skøn og vi havde en dejlig dag. Værten var eminent til at holde samtalen og humøret oppe. Spændende og smukke omgivelser. Meget autentisk oplevelse af siciliansk kultur.

Authentic, rich and fun experience. Liliana and Vito, competent and very nice, accompanied us in the experience teaching us with mastery and creating a pleasant, lively and playful atmosphere with all the participants. We were lucky to find a nice band, a nice mix from three different continents.
