Half Day Cooking Class with Organic Farm in Chiang Mai

Enjoy a true taste of Chiang Mai on hands-on culinary adventure. After collection from the hotel, guide and driver take us to an authentic fresh market, where we purchase ingredients for our meal, including colourful varieties of chillies, traditional curry pastes and coconut milk. This experience provides an insight into the everyday rhythm of a Thai market, a major focal point of the community. We continue to an expansive 25,000-sq-m organic farm, where the experience becomes wonderfully real. We stroll through herbal gardens, pick seasonal vegetables and discover the distinctive flavours and aromas of fresh Thai herbs. Then it is time to cook. At our individual cooking stations, our friendly instructors will guide us step-by-step as we prepare and cook three authentic Thai dishes, learning the techniques and secrets behind each recipe. Then, relax in the tranquil dining pavilion overlooking the gardens and savour the delicious dishes created. Round off with complimentary mango sticky rice and instruction into making authentic Thai iced milk tea. Appetites satisfied, we sit back and enjoy a comfortable transfer back to the hotel, bringing a delicious day of discovery to a close.
