Experience Details

Learn to make and bake an authentic Italian pizza at a 4-hour pizza class in Taormina. Led by an experience pizza chef, the hands-on experience will teach you how to make and stretch the dough, work with toppings and sauce, and more.

What You’ll Experience

A full immersion experience where all participants follow the guidance and example of a professional pizza chef throughout every stage, before preparing their own pizza individually. The course includes the demonstration and preparation of both classic pizza dough and whole wheat dough. After preparing the dough, participants will proceed with rolling, topping and baking their own pizzas. At the end of the class, the pizzas will be served at the table, accompanied by a selection of mixed bruschetta, water, soft drinks and local wine. Please inform the staff in case of food allergy or intolerance. Children participating in the class must be supervised by their parents at all times.
