During this 3 hours mahjong course, you’ll be taken into an authentic local spice market to explore it and learn different species of Sichuan spices and ingredients that will be used in the Sichuan cuisine. After that, you’ll go to a cozy room with Chinese characteristics and learn how to play the famous traditional Chinese game, mahjong, with a English speaking guide. You’ll learn rules in an easy way and then test your mastery degree with a local tea. If you want to test your intelligence, you can not miss mahjong when you visit Chengdu.

Great experience!
We had an awesome afternoon with Lance! The start at the market was a nice surprise, the local teahouse felt like a real chengdu experience. Mahjong was easy to learn, thanks to Lance! We never thought we would even come to strategic, but we did! Lance took his time and was a patient teacher, plus we had a lot of fun!

Enjoyable experience learning to play mahjong
Had a great afternoon with Lance learning to play mahjong Ended up playing much longer than planned and finished well into the evening. Very enjoyable and would recommend to anyone wanting an introduction to the game.
