Learn the secrets of Pasta making in this small group cooking class! In our restaurant in the Heart of Rome you will have the chance to learn all the secrets of the real hand made pasta, starting from scratch till the tasting. During the lesson you will make two types of the most known pasta, Ravioli and Cavatelli. At the end you will enjoy the meal you’ve prepared with your own hands, followed by a delicious dessert and sipping a good Italian wine at a lovely table surrounded by pictures of the most popular Italian movie stars. You will be given an apron and all the ingredients to prepare the pasta. All we ask is to get messy and enjoy yourself!

Time to cook

Roy was a great chef and teacher. We had a great class, and one of the best parts was the ability to ask a lot of questions. He really simplified the cooking process, and we can't wait to try the recipes at home!

Have fun cooking!

Roy was a great teacher, and entertaining. Learning how to make the different pastas was interesting, and the ability to ask a lot of questions was most beneficial. It was a great way to end our trip to Italy!
