Fatto a mano – this Italian cooking class in Miami, hosted through Cozymeal, which connects you with top-rated local chefs, teaches authentic handmade pasta technique learned in Frascati, Italy, alongside a classic bruschetta starter and a whipped tiramisù to finish.
Your hands-on cooking experience features:
- Italian Bruschetta with tomato, balsamic glaze, basil, red onions and baguette
- Handmade Pasta with your choice of Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe or Amatriciana sauce
- Tiramisù with coffee, ladyfingers and mascarpone
