Experience Details

I am a professional chef with many years of experience. I have worked even outside Italy. I am great expert of our gastronomy and expert of the traditional Bologna kitchen. We will enjoy preparing the Ragù typical Bolognese Sauce and two kind of handmade pasta: tortelloni and Tagliatelle. At the end I will send by mail all the slides of recipes we have done together. I will explain everything step by step to prepare these delicious dishes.

What You’ll Experience

Discover the secrets of Bologna's iconic cuisine in my intimate laboratory. Hands on cooking class inside a real local home.Learn to make fresh egg pasta from scratch: silky tagliatelle and delicate tortelloni.. Prepare the authentic ragù alla Bolognese. After the creations start to eat with a great bottle of red (even white if you prefer) wine. Small group (max 4 guests) for a truly authentic personal experience. I am a professional chef with great experience. At the end I will send you the slides of recipes we have prepared together.
