Viticulture in Emilia Romagna has very ancient origins, but it was the encounter with a people who lived beyond the sea that changed the course of history forever... In an ancient tavern, in the historic Jewish ghetto district, you will participate in a tasting workshop with four flagship wines of the region, accompanied by a platter of local specialties such as Bologna mortadella and Parma ham. A Bolognese oenologist will show you how the native vines are expressed on the different terroirs, depending on the method of winemaking, in a story with an ancient flavor, steeped in history. Giancarlo will also show you the basics of sensory analysis, allowing you to examine the wines tasted according to their organoleptic components. Finally, join the game and guess the grape variety in the mysterious chalice, up for grabs for the winner is a dinner offered by InCantina! InCantina works in synergy with the Enoteca Regionale dell’Emilia Romagna and these two realities share a single goal: to make known what extraordinary food riches are the fruits of their land. Un salto nella storia del vino

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole esperienza immersi nella storia del vino; ci ha accompagnati in questo tour di degustazione Giancarlo, guida esperta a appassionata. Ottimi i vini e l'accompagnamento di salumi e formaggi in un locale caratteristico nel centro storico di Bologna, che rappresenta una cornice perfetta per assaporare a pieno questa esperienza! A very interesting and pleasant experience in a typical, welcoming venue, with excellent wines and high-quality food.
