Start your culinary journey at Mae Somchit Kata Fresh Market, where you will explore a lively traditional market filled with fresh vegetables, tropical fruits, aromatic herbs, spices, and other ingredients essential to Thai cuisine. Walking through the market with your instructor is a truly eye-opening experience and a great introduction to Thai food culture.

After the market visit, the experience continues with a hands-on cooking class where you will learn to prepare authentic Thai dishes step by step. One of the highlights is making curry paste from scratch using fresh herbs and spices with a traditional mortar and pestle.
