We are the only one and unique place in Hoi An to organize seafood cooking class because we are proud of that our seafood is the most tasty seafood in Vietnam with our clean and clear water from Cham island.
Our master chef directly picks up the best prawn, squids, clam, tuna, oyster from our local seafood market to our kitchen for our class in the early morning when our fishermen bring their catch to the local market.
We will instruct you how to cook 3-5 famous seafood dishes depent on your choices with us:
1. Banana Flower Salad with Prawn.
2. Crispy pancakes with squid.
3. Grilled oyster with peanut sauce.
4. Steamed clams with lemongrass and ginger.
5. Sauteed Tuna with tomato sauce.
All are served with steam rice as your grand lunch or dinner.
We show you how to choose the best fish or prawn or squid on the market with us.
So let try the best experience with us in Hoi An like not ever before.

Our seafood cooking class takes place at our local restaurant at coconut forest at the typical countryside of central Vietnam surrounded by palm trees and river.

Loved this seafood cooking class! Fresh ingredients, easy-to-follow instructions, and a fun, friendly atmosphere. We learned how to cook authentic Vietnamese seafood dishes and enjoyed everything we made. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique experience in Da Nang.

An authentic and enjoyable cooking experience
We had a wonderful time learning how to prepare fresh seafood and oysters with the local team. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything we cooked tasted delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and suitable even for complete beginners.

This was so much fun, even with the awful weather we had a blast and was stuffed completely after the massive meal we cooked together. Had a blast and would recommend it to anyone on the area. Thanks again for the amazing time!
