The dishes and drinks offered are composed of condiments and local fruits and vegetables. The meat and fish on offer will be cooked in colombo or Caribbean roussi. The fish can be made in colombo , broth courses and some delicacies such as accras can be proposed and made. You can discover starchy types of plantain, breadfruit etc. …. . The preparation of these starches can be carried out in gratin , fries or plain . All this in order to have a friendly time.
