Chef Ahn offers a fabulously enjoyable and authentic culinary Vietnamese experience, along with his generous sharing of his expertise and services, including:
- hotel pickup and drop off
- market tour with information on the wide range available and selection of beautiful fresh ingredients
- preparation of a three course meal in his home kitchen, with us actively involved under his professional guidance
- enjoyment of the three courses, as in the attached photos

Bedste madlavningskursus i Hue
Vi havde den bedste dag og fik både lært rigtig meget om landet og kulturen, men havde også bare en god og hyggelig dag hvor vi lærte om maden i Vietnam. Maden blev så lækker. Vi mødtes ved markedet, men blev tilbudt at blive hentet ved vores hotel. På markedet var vi med til at købe de ting vi senere skulle spise.
Vi vil klart anbefale det til andre, og ikke kun for at lære om maden, men mest fordi man får et helt andet indblik i hvordan det er at bo i landet.

Absolutely delicious, local, fun and informative
My partner and I enjoyed Anh‘s cooking class so much! He showed us around the Hue local market and explained the different ingredients important to Vietnamese cuisine. It felt like a real local experience (exactly as though we would have lived there, went shopping and came home to cook for the family:) not a touristy vibe at all) and the food was absolutely delicious, vibrant and very fresh. A must in Hue!
Great experience. We have been talking to Anh through out the entire process and have learnt a lot about the country and the local food. The food was amazing and Anh is great and so easy to talk to. Totally recommend!!

Authentic Hue cookery class
Authentic experience in a Vietnamese home. We made delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. Definitely worth the time while you're in Hue!
