This was the best thing we did in Hue - we tried all of the foods at different restaurants, but the places Anh took us were far better. But really what was better than the food itself was Anh and the conversations we had. He gave an amazing perspective on life in Hue - it was authentic and something we won’t forget. If you are in Hue, this is a must do.

This is the single best way to see the city, especially at night. It is also the best way to experience the local cuisine, which is quite unique in itself.

Excellent local guide Anh walked us through Hue covering traditional Hue food but, just as importantly, local history and culture. Wonderful experience but be prepared for lots of walking! Thanks Anh for a great night. Highly recommended.

The rain was sheeting in sideways a few minutes before the tour was due to start and, honestly, I wondered whether we should cancel or maybe fall back to ordering a taxi to go from place to place, then Anh turned up in his car and said he’d be driving us, the first of many pleasant surprises. Unsere streetfood-tour mit Anh war fantastisch. Wir haben köstliche Speisen kennengelernt, die wir ohne Anh wahrscheinlich nicht probiert hätten. Anh hat zu jeder Speise genau erklärt welche Zutaten verwendet werden und wie sie gegessen wird. Ahn ist ein sehr angenehmer, freundlicher und witziger Mensch, der uns auch zu anderen Themen viel erzählen konnte. Wir können jedem diese Tour mit Anh empfehlen und würden sie am liebsten direkt noch einmal machen.
