Under the guidance of expert gelato makers, you will prepare your own artisanal gelato, choosing from 5 to 6 delicious flavors. Once all the ingredients are ready, you will follow step-by-step instructions before placing the mixture into the gelato machine and watching the magic happen. You will also have the chance to compare your handmade gelato with the gelateria’s daily production and discover the differences in flavor, texture, and technique. Best Gelato + Fun!

What a lovely way to spend the evening. The whole presentation was informative, easy to understand, and quite funny. I went with my 14 year old and she loved it. And the gelato is truly some of the best we’ve ever tasted.

TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Mario gave a detailed demonstration on making authentic gelato. The whole experience was insightful, interactive and the best part was definitely tasting the gelato at the end.

The best gelato in Sorrento

This experience was really interesting. The owner (Mario) talked us through his family’s history of making gelato then there was a hands on demo of making lemon sorbet, which we got to taste. At the end you get 2 scoops of whatever flavours you want and it really is the best gelato ever! I’d read conflicting info on the length of this experience (one place said 1 hour, another said 2) - it was probably about 35 mins with Mario then however long it takes to eat the gelato.
