What You’ll Experience

Hello! Welcome to my home in Pompeii! Come into my kitchen where I'll share with you the precious recipes my mother taught me, just as her mother taught her. We'll begin our journey in my small garden, where I'll show you the products of our land, and then enter the house, where the magic happens. I'll teach you how to make handmade pasta like my grandmother did, with only flour, eggs, and lots of love. Watch my hands as I teach you the ancient secrets: how to feel when the dough is perfect, how to roll it out. You'll eat what we've prepared together and understand what it means to be part of an Italian "family."
