Experience Details

The experience is guided by a trained Sommelier. It starts with an in depth tour of our Hill Park vineyard that has commanding views of Gaahna Bula-Mount Canobolas, followed by a 4 course lunch with each course having been paired to our wines. Some of the wines are poured specifically for this experience and not otherwise available.

Enjoy a guided walking tour of our spectacular Hill Park Vineyard before an in-depth tasting of our wines, all beautifully paired with a 4-course degustation lunch. The wine tasting consists of all of our wines, including back vintage single vineyard wines not otherwise available.
