A degustation lunch at Printhie Dining
Spend the morning enjoying the peaceful sounds of Printhie's lake and learn the art of fly fishing. The private instructor can cater for all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner looking to try something new or an expert wanting to refine your technique, the two hours of private instructions are tailored to your preferences. If you are a beginner your will be shown how to rig the rod, how to cast and how to reel in your fish.
Your fly-fishing experience will be followed by a degustation lunch including matching wines at Printhie Dining, where the chef team consciously crafts menus that showcase premium local produce.

Rainbow Trout
Cured rainbow trout, seaweed, house ponzu, lemongrass. Please note this is just a sample menu.

Kinross Lamb, Kumara, Asparagus, Rhubarb & Pepperberry:
Pan fried kinross lamb, Kumura for a sweet base, asparagus for a crisp texture, rhubarb for tartness to cuts through the richness of the lamb.

Pan fried Blue Eye Cod served with celeriac, chervil, and ice plant.
DESSERT
Granny Smith apple, Blood Orange, Meyer Lemon & River Mint
