Guided by our Dolce Italia chefs, you’ll prepare your own pizza dough from scratch, learn simple dough storage techniques, and discover how to stretch and top a true Roman-style pizza. Each guest makes, tops, and enjoys their own pizza. At the beginning of the experience, adults will prepare their own classic Italian Spritz to enjoy during the class. Children can create a fun alcohol-free orange-based drink together with their parents, so everyone can join the moment.
