I recently went here with my girlfriend and we had an excellent and unforgettable time. The experience was about 1.5 hrs with the two of us, involving a tour of the establishment and a discussion about its origin and secrets, a tutorial on how to safely and professionally cut cheese and assort cheese on a cheeseboard, before tasting the cheeses. The organisers were very friendly and chatty, and the language barrier didn't get in the way of us learning the traditional methods and taking pride in ...read more

We booked the cheese, meat and wine tasting at 55 euro each and it was fantastic. After a brief explanation of the cave we were sat down and presented with 4 wines at our own pace and a lovely selection of 6 Cheeses and 5 meats. Our vespa tour brought us here, and we are SO glad they did! They put together quite the charcuterie, and paired the wine beautifully with he meats and cheeses selected. Bonus: it's in a cave, so it was quite cool on a warm spring day!
