The day begins with a welcome drink on the panoramic terrace of Villa Lucia. You will discover anecdotes about the Doria family and the deep connection between this residence and the Ligurian region
2. The Traditional Pesto Masterclass
Take a seat in the Villa's charming courtyard for a real immersion in the local food culture. Guided by an experienced local chef, you will learn the art of making authentic Pesto al Mortaio.
The ingredients: only the best, from Genovese Basil PDO to Italian pine nuts, from Vessalico garlic to extra-virgin olive oil from the Ligurian Riviera.
The experience: armed with a marble mortar and wooden pestle, you will discover the secrets, the rhythm, and the right gestures to create Liguria's green gold.
3. Guided Food Tasting: Wine, Cheese, and Cured Meats
After duty, the ultimate pleasure. The masterclass continues with a sensory journey of excellence.

I participated in a pesto class with Mattia and Niccolò together with some friends, looking for an experience different from the usual, something unique that would make us feel on vacation even if only for a few hours.
