Lemon Trompe L’oeil - Pastry optical illusion in Le Marais

For one hour and a half, you will learn everything about "Lemon Pastry optical illusion. The famous Cedric Grolet Lemon pastry Trompe l’Oeil".--- We will start from "la mise en place" then we will travel together over techniques to achieve a lemon fruit pastry optical illusion, that you will be able to do after this class. You will learn: -Fillings preparation: ganache monté, lemon cream and insert -Lemon Assembly -Coating and painting techniques --- Come and join us, on this unique French baking class which it will be a hand-on activity for making a Lemon Pastry optical illusion. --- These experience is done backward, i.e lemon shape used is the one done by the previous group as it need to cool down at least 8h. --- Only guests who reserved are permitted to attend and participate at the workshop. --- At the end of class you will bring one lemon with you and taste together the one done by instructor. *companions needs also to reserve a spot as companion (not participating) via our site and we accept 1 companion max.
