A day dedicated to the knowledge and the deepening of extra virgin olive oil: an initiative aimed at those who want to live the experience of the collection and pressing of olives in a family-run company, in an area suitable for production of olives thanks to the consolidated combination of soil, climate, varietal and human factors; in the olive grove to learn about cultivation techniques and care to participate in the olive harvest from plants
Then we move on to the transport of the fruit to the oil mill in open plastic containers to avoid overheating the olives. In the oil mill for the presentation of the transformation and transformation process of the olive into extra virgin olive oil. You will participate in a guided tasting learning the techniques of tasting of EVO oil and other olive products
