Very well organized, pick up on time from the hotel, very clear safety indications, excellent breakfast after the activity, very well trained guides, the walk itself is spectacular, good views, the wonderful falls, although at the time you can visit the devils pool the level is very low... we even saw hippos on the stretch to Livingstone Island. From start to finish, one of the most professionally run tours I've ever been on. Everyone from Drivers to guides to the staff who brought our delish breakfast post-pool, are WONDERFUL! But of course, the real thrill of this is getting in the water at the top of the falls in Devil's Pool! So I initially used this company for airport transfer. I walked outside of the airport and found a cab. During my taxi ride on the Zambia side after the immigration stop, Andy, my driver, informed me that other activities were available if interested. I ended up booking Devil's Pool at Livingstone Island and then a spur of the moment Bungee jump in Victoria Falls bridge. Andy was always my driver.
