There are so many unexpected gems in Hokkaido to visit, including the local wineries and distilleries.
In this experience, you will first visit Housui Winery in Iwamizawa at 2 pm and spend about 40 minutes touring the facility. Then at 3:30 pm, you will tour Maoi Distillery in Naganuma for about 40 minutes. After the tour, you will have an hour of wine-tasting experience on a private deck at the Jiyu no Oka, Maoi.
Both Housui Winery and Maoi Distillery are well-known local brands. These locations are known for sophisticated products and beautiful landscapes.
At Housui Winery, you will try the famous Hokkaido soft-serve ice cream with an original sauce made from Housui vineyard grapes. Then at Maoi Distillery, you can sample a glass of wine and watch the beautiful landscapes on a private deck overlooking the Ishikari Plain.
After the wine tasting you will travel back to your hotel.
