Over about two hours, in a small private group, nothing is poured that you didn't choose. It starts with a conversation about what you love and what you're curious to discover. Then, with the sommelier's guidance, you build your own tasting. His role is to steer you toward the right bottles, never to decide for you. Your ticket covers both the experience and the wine, and 30% of what you pay is your wine budget, so there's nothing extra to pay on the day. Spend it all on one magnificent bottle, or spread it across ten very different wines to discover as much as you can. Either way, he helps you get the most from it. A small board of local charcuterie and cheese accompanies the wines. You'll also use a wine aroma kit to train your nose and tasting sheets to capture what you find, so you leave knowing far better what you enjoy, and why.
