Set in a stylish bistro near the city center, this immersive experience blends Roman creativity with vibrant Mediterranean flavors. With sparkling wine, fresh seafood and authentic pasta-making, you’ll enjoy a refined evening of hands-on learning and dining in an intimate setting.


Menu

- Aperitivo: Glass of bubbly with a seasonal chef’s bite such as artichoke flan with Pecorino fondue or cherry tomatoes in sweet-and-sour glaze

- Starter: Golden battered cod with red onion and kiwi chutney

- First course: Handmade potato gnocchi in a minty seafood sauce with shrimp or mussels and slow-roasted tomatoes

- Second course: Daily catch, almond-crusted and served with beetroot mayo, arugula and clementine salad
