You will be able to enjoy a four course fine dining menu that will introduce you to Mallorca’s most famous tastes and ingredients perfectly balanced from chef Fabio whit the chance to ask how many questions you want in order to sharp your kitchen skills.
Everything will happen in the comfort of a private terrace in "Cala figuera" One of the most exclusive place in the island

During this experience you will have the occasion to assist me during the preparation of a fine dining meal inspired from Mallorca’s best ingredients and from my years of work in Michelin star kitchens/5 stars hotels.
We will go trough the preparation of the meal to together, giving you the occasion to learn some nice skills in order to impress your family and friends at home
Once everything is ready, you’ll seat and enjoy your meal at an unique location looking at the sunset disappearing behind "Salinas de es trenc”,a famous salt producer in this beautiful island, and, if you are lucky enough,you might spot some flamingoes too!
I am be able to accomodate any kind of dietary requirements(vegan,vegetarian,lactose free,diary free:all kind of foodies are always welcome at my table!),all you have to do is communicate them at the moment you reserve.
